Minutes of the Appletree Point Shoreowner Association meeting: October 23, 2024
The Association held the Annual Meeting at 7:30 at 147 Appletree Point Road. Time: 7:30 pm to meet neighbors and socialize. The business meeting started at 7:58 pm.

Agenda:
Introductions of the members present.
Kasania Goikhberg, Andy Kenney, Ty Danco, James
and Jill Coffrin, Michael Early, Spencer Newman, Eric Miller, Jeff Haig, Chris and Doug Campbell, Keith and Jamie Spano, and Terry Miller were present.
Treasurer’s Report:
Chris Campbell read the report. We have $10,368.90 in our budget. Chris explained how the members living on the dirt road pay for the road’s
upkeep separately from those who live on the beach.
Dues Discussion: Eric Miller made a motion that we not ask for dues this year. The motion was approved.
Beach Report: Andy Kenney mentioned that many trees washed onto beaches after both of the flooding events this summer. She and many others do not have a means to cut up
and remove them. Jeff Haig offered to bring his tractor down to help cut them up and load them in his trailer. He would then bring them to the Intervale. He also said he would cut up the long hose that ended up on Ai Shajil’s
beach this summer.
Road report:
Jamie and Keith Spano fixed up the dirt road this year.
Election:
Eric Miller made a motion for the present board to remain in place. Kasania Goikhberg seconded and it was approved. The board remains as follows:
